Minimum 8th Certified training for Plumber (After Sales Service) (programme aligned to PSC/Q 00 released by Indian Plumbing Skills Council)

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the minimum educational qualification

The tasks a Plumber (After Sales Service) is expected to perform include: Maintaining and servicing the products in the plumbing system

Disassembling the product for service/repair

Diagnosing the problem/failure in the product

Performing repair-related activities

In-depth knowledge of plumbing products of the company, their functions, specifications and components

Knowledge of product terminologies and their components

Detailed knowledge of the assembling and dismantling procedure of products

Knowledge of types of defects

Working knowledge of various tools and equipment

Knowledge of correct material disposal procedure

Detailed understanding of various maintenance and servicing techniques

Knowledge of Hindi and/or regional languages

Previous on-the-job training

Good communication skills

Team spirit

Decision-making skills

Observation skills

Attention to detail
