Certified training for Design Engineer (programme aligned to SSC/Q 6601 released by IT-ITe

S SSC NASSCOM)

Minimum 0-2 year of work experience/internship in related area

The tasks a Design Engineer is expected to perform include: Conceptualising and developing a product based on customer/market needs

Participating in all aspects of software developmentparticipating in requirements analysis, designing, implementation and testing

Conducting market research and analysis for products

Consolidating and reviewing the data/information Designing basic programming structures to implement functionality

Analysing inputs to resolve and record design defects

Documenting the designs using standard templates and tools

Knowledge of different processes involved in collecting effective data/information Skilled in carrying out rule-based analysis on data/information Knowledge of different methods used to interpret the market/industry trends Efficient in selecting the methods best suited to the work being carried out Efficient in presenting research and analysis in a structured way Skilled in designing basic program structures, software products, software applications, etc. Proficient in identifying different sources of information to design software products and specifications

Skilled in testing new products and applications Knowledge of tools such as BRS/URS, SRS and HLD Knowledge of current practice in conducting market research and analysis

Masters in a related area Certifications in SAP, SQL, Java

Script, HTTP, Agile
