The tasks a Manager, Automotive Service is expected to perform include:Managing all the activities related with acquisition, operations and maintenance of automotive equipment

Hiring, supervising and training the employees of the automotive department

Conducting research and testing procedures for effective auto equipment maintenance Ensuring that customer?s vehicle complies with environmental laws and government regulations

Ensuring availability of all the automotive equipment needed to maintain and repair automobile

Proficient in interpreting customers? vehicle problems and translating those into clear instructions for service technicians

Familiar with the parts of the automobiles and their functions

Skilled in analyzing problems and coming up with solutions, related to repairing of vehicles

Knowledge of all the updates on environmental laws and government regulations

Skilled in achieving highest levels of customer satisfaction

Familiar with the working of the accident repair department

Proficient with practical outlook towards vehicle servicing and repairs

Skilled in supervising technicians

Automotive Industry in India
