The tasks that a Cutter, Machine (Textile Products) is expected to perform include:Cutting parts of garments, bags and other articles from single or multiple layers of cloth, knitted or other fabric, hessian, canvas, etc., using electrically driven cutting machine Spreading single or multiple layers of cloth, fabric or other material to be cut on table or board

Placing pattern on material in such a position as to have least wastage

Marking outline on material with chalk

Well-versed with different types of garments for cutting

Efficient in examining garments

Equipped to cut garments as per patterns

Well-versed with taking measurements for different patterns

Proficient in using instruments like shears, scissors, hand knife, hand operated guillotine, power driven oscillating knives and cutting machine
