2 years of work experience in lieu of minimum qualifications

The tasks a Municipal Water and Sewage Assessor is expected to perform include: Collecting readings from the water meter and maintaining a log

Collecting water and wastewater samples Storing and transferring water samples

Inspecting the water meter

Following safety and health regulations

Working knowledge of various water meters and other relevant equipment

Detailed understanding of the procedure for water and wastewater sample collection

Working knowledge of the procedure for storage and transfer of samples

Knowledge of Hindi and/or other regional languages

Previous on-the-job training

Good communication skills

Works independently

Attention to detail

Equipped to perform clerical work

It is a field job

Part-time and contractual work is available
