The tasks a Helper-Finishing (Footwear) is expected to perform include:
Assisting in footwear cleaning, polishing and buffing, final inspection
Packing processes and carrying out material lasting, buffing, roughing, adhesive adding, etc.
Co-ordinating with team members
Assisting the operators to carry out activities based on the production schedule
Proficient in understanding the complete sequence of processes involved in footwear making
Knowledge of the style/design of the products currently being produced
Equipped in cleaning the footwear carefully without damaging the appearance of the product
Well-versed with different techniques used for polishing and brushing the footwear
Knowledge of the lacquering process and the related equipment used
Well-versed with the steps and various factors to be considered for the final inspection
Familiar with the process of cleaning the equipment used
Will be updated
