Deciding all the judicial matters relating to accounts in administration suits, mortgage suits, breach of contract matters, etc.

Working on the cases referred to him by Judges sitting on Original Side of High Court

Examining the accounts in administration suits

Determining the shares of parties

Settling the particulars and conditions of sale of immovable property

Conducting auction sale of property in mortgage suits

Determining the amount of damage to be paid in breach of contract cases

Submitting the report of findings to court when directed

Scrutinising the accounts filed by guardians of minors, lunatics, Court Receiver and Liquidator

Receiving and recording the evidence, if necessary

Giving decisions on points in dispute

Conducting the proceedings either in general way or as specified in court order

Ability to determine and specify the conditions for sale of immovable property

Skilled in monitoring the auction of property that is involved in mortgage suits

Proficient in evaluating the amount of damage to be paid in breach of contract cases

Ability to scrutinise the accounts filed by guardians of minors, lunatics, Court Receiver and Liquidator

Skilled in giving an input on all the judicial matters relating to accounts

Ability to determine the shares of parties by examining all the accounting details of the administration suits
