The tasks an Injection Moulding Operator is expected to perform include:

Understanding work requirement from supervisor

Setting up and operating the injection moulding machine

Setting up and operating the injection moulding machine

Reporting problems to supervisor

Achieving productivity, quality and safety standards as per company?s norms

Proficiency in general principles of moulding procedure and process knowledge

Adept in validating mould loading and unloading procedure

Knowledge of analyzing defects that occur in the final products

Familiar with check-list procedure to ensure quality of final product

Knowledge of tonnage and capacity of the machine being operated

Familiar with performing moulding machine safety check

Acquainted with safety procedures to be adopted to complete mould removal process
