Certified training for Broiler Farm Supervisor (programme aligned to AGR/ Q4301 released by Agriculture Skill Council of India)

Preferably one year experience in poultry farming

The tasks a Broiler Farm Supervisor is expected to perform include: Supervising farm workers

Estimating and procuring required supplies Preparing necessary reports and documents Inspecting buildings, supplies and equipment Directing and assisting workers in maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment

Conferring with manager/owner to determine production requirements

Proficient in poultry farm management

Knowledge of poultry operations

Ability to operate and repair farm machinery and other equipment

Knowledge of health and safety awareness and training

Knowledge of computers

Knowledge of poultry nutrition management

Knowledge of poultry environmental management

Knowledge of poultry health management

Basic training in poultry farming

Good communication skills

Physically fit

Hardworking and persistent

Self-motivated

Detail-oriented

Trustworthy and reliable
