The tasks an Architect is expected to perform include:

Preparing designs for construction of buildings, monuments, etc.

Estimating cost and coordinating functional and organizational details for execution

Collecting information from the client about requirements

Preparing detailed drawings with the help of Draughtsman, Architectural

Preparing specifications regarding flooring, finish, architectural features etc.,

Estimating cost and quantities of materials required

Guiding, supervising and inspecting construction work

Consulting Engineers and Specialists and getting light and power fittings, sanitary fittings, etc. done by them

Specialising in landscape architecture

Approving payment on correct execution of work

Experience in advisory of cloud computing, or migration projects

Technical assessment to migrate/move application cloud

Expertise in conducting rigorous quantitative analyses to generate insights

Knowledge about creating "To-Be" application architecture blueprints and roadmaps

Should have experience of managing application rationalizing projects right from planning to execution

Proven experience in client interfacing, relationship management, cross team co-ordination

Competent to create own methodologies, frameworks, templates etc. for application decommissioning and ability to defend solutions and proposals

Working hours

Construction companies usually work for 5/6 days a week and 8/9 hours everyday. This may vary from company to company Shift system is not available

Being self-employed is also an option. In this case, the working hours and days will be flexible
