From the invention of wheels to the prototype of Hyper-loops, the field of transportation has been steadily growing. Transportation, well defined as the movement of objects and/or any living organism from one place to another. The three basic modes of transportation are land, air, and water. Every person travels daily to reach from one position to another and it is the transport system that allows them to reach their desired destination on time. Consequently, it is no wrong to say that transportation is the means of our “physical” connection with the world.

a) Cargo and Freight Agents: The job of a cargo and freight agent is to facilitate shipments of goods through the airline, shipping, train, and trucking terminals and docks. We are in an era where e-commerce is thriving, thus this career has a good future scope. 

b)Airfield Operation Specialist: These are the ones who ensure the safe takeoff and landing of commercial and military aircraft. The projected growth rate of this occupation is about 7% by 2028.

c) Logistics Engineer : Logistics engineering is a complicated science that takes into account trade-offs in component/system design, repair capacity, training, spares inventory, demand history, storage and distribution points, transportation methods, and other factors to ensure that the "thing" is where it's required, when it's needed, and moving as it should.

d) Inventory Manager: Oversees a group of inventory or warehouse staff. To strengthen inventory management processes, evaluates orders, exports, and product levels. Analyses product and supply levels on a regular basis to predict inventory issues and shortages. To maximize processes, manages staff schedules, orders, and shipments.

e) Supply-Chain Manager: Supply chain administrators handle distribution and keep the company's inventory up to date. They examine organisational efficiency and find solutions to problems. They also work with distributors and manufacturers to ensure that all processes (such as shipment and delivery) are up to standard.

f) Pilots: Pilot and navigate the multiple fixed-winged aircraft on regular air carrier routes, for the transport of passengers and goods. 

g) Travel Guides: As described above, travel guide plans, organizes, and conduct tours. Tourism is the industry is thriving with each passing decade and its contribution to GDP is expected to get doubled shortly. Thus, this occupation is expected to grow rapidly in the coming days.

h) Railway Engineers: They perform technical duties and activities such as planning, construction, and maintenance of railway tracks. The occupation has an average growth rate of 5.12% per year.
